Recommend downloading an app called 'Down Dog.'

Its the best yoga app I've used and ideal for aligning yourself each day. It helps removes stresses from previous days or workloads etc. Plus you can do it instantly. No need to head to a class, get in your gear etc.  No matter how little time you've got any amount of time you put into your body and mind daily will benefit your work and life more than you hoped for.
