SURREALISM - 'a 20th-century avant-garde movement in art and literature which sought to release the creative potential of the unconscious mind.'

My first solo exhibition in London was all centred around my FREE form. It's a method of artwork similar to how Henry Moore sculpted. It's similar to when you're chatting on the telephone and doodling and you drift off from what you're doing. I just do them bigger, for longer and keep pushing and pushing them. You have no finished piece in mind you just let the work evolve and finish where it chooses.

I love creating large murals and have been fortunate enough to have the work featured on the BBC and given wall space by the Council. It's still a side to my work that I adore and am constantly working on pieces. The latest being a  165x130cm canvas in oils which is taking on a whole new dimension due to the slow drying time. I'll have more here soon as it's stages are being time lapse recorded.
