04/07/11-Commercial Artwork, Holly Bush Lane, Sevenoaks Kent.
Commissioning Murals - Russell has a very unique style of free form painting that
draws a lot of attention both when it is happening and for the completed work. As
his work gains popularity and generates press and media interest commercial businesses
are now also seeing the value in using his artwork and style of painting to benefit
themselves and their businesses presence. People always think that it costs a lot
of money, but Russell loves working on murals and businesses are often surprised
at what he charges. To help filter enquiries and give an accurate quote it is best
to email your specifications and ideas through to Russell and he will contact you
directly. If possible please attach an image of the space you are looking to have
one or several of Russell’s paintings on.
Commissioning Interior Artwork & Design - Russell works in free form primarily which
means he starts painting with no pre set image. The image is grown to completion
but he will often mix his free form with pre designed and tailored imagery. He uses
digital projectors and photography to give his clients a strong idea of how the completed
work will look.
“For interiors the artwork needs to match the needs of my clients and who the visuals
are aimed at, primarily their client. This involves close consultancy and planning
combined with photographing the space and then digitally layering images into that
space both on monitors and with digital projectors.”
Commissioning Paintings & Drawings-Russell’s commissioned work varies from large
canvas’ and series pieces, right through to small bespoke sketches. Prices vary accordingly
depending on the piece and size, so it’s best to contact him directly.
“When creating commissions I always have my client in mind solely throughout the
process. The piece then becomes beautifully bespoke for them in the most fascinating
of ways. It’s always interesting for me as an artist working in free form how the
imagery when commissioned will then speak more loudly to my client than they do to
me. The shapes, patterns and text within their commissioned work seem to bind to
them, their life and form a logical and magical sense into its meaning.”
